LIMITED WARRANTY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. warrants to the Original Purchaser that each new product will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal and appropriate conditions. This Limited Warranty covers a period ranging from 3 months to 1 year from the date of purchase, depending on the specific product. For the exact warranty period applicable to your product, please refer to the product documentation or contact our customer support team.
Please note the following:
- Warranty applies only to purchases made directly through CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C.
- Only the original purchaser is eligible for warranty coverage.
- Proof of purchase must be provided for any warranty claim.
- Approved warranty returns should be sent within 7 days unless otherwise authorized.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE WARRANTY
The following conditions do not constitute defects in material or workmanship:
- Normal wear and tear or required maintenance during regular use.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, installation, or lack of maintenance.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, acts of nature, or external forces.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITED REMEDIES
If a product is found defective within the Limited Warranty Period, CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. may repair or replace the product at its discretion. Customers are responsible for labor, removal, installation, and transportation costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise stated.
INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE DISCLAIMER
CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRODUCT. LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
- Products must be maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.
- CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. is not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized components or improper servicing.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Regular servicing and inspections are recommended to maintain product safety and performance. Products should be kept clean and properly maintained at all times.
Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights.
