At CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all customers.

Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM (GMT-08:00 Pacific Standard Time – Los Angeles)

After placing an order, customers have 12 hours to request a cancellation. If the cancellation request is submitted within this timeframe, we will gladly issue a full refund.

Once the 12-hour period has passed, your order may already be in production or processing and can no longer be canceled or modified, with the exception of shipping address updates.

Shipping Address Changes

We can still update or correct your shipping address before your order has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
