Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment arrangements have been approved. CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, incorrect information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment must be completed according to the agreed terms before delivery is scheduled unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. While we make every effort to meet scheduled timelines, delays may occur due to weather, transportation issues, road restrictions, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access and safe placement conditions at the delivery location. Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to site access limitations or inaccurate delivery information.

Site Preparation

The customer is responsible for preparing a suitable placement area prior to delivery. This includes level ground, adequate space for truck access, and removal of obstacles such as low branches, wires, structures, vehicles, or other barriers.

CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. is not responsible for ground damage, surface markings, or property conditions caused by delivery vehicles when reasonable access has been provided.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Due to the nature of freight-delivered goods, most products are non-returnable once delivered and accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Limitation Of Liability

CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Warranties

Products are sold as described at the time of purchase. Any applicable warranties are limited to those provided at the time of sale. Normal wear, cosmetic variation, misuse, improper placement, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or damage after delivery are not covered.
