Refund & Return Policy
At CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C., we aim to provide accurate product information, clear communication, and dependable delivery services. Because our products are heavy freight items requiring specialized transport, refunds and returns are handled under the terms outlined below.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day refund eligibility period beginning from the date of delivery. During this period, customers may request a return or refund only if the unit remains unused and in the same condition as delivered.
Because shipping containers and portable buildings require specialized transportation equipment, return transport and logistics costs are not included in the purchase price and may be deducted from any approved refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided transport or dispatch has not yet been scheduled.
If freight booking or dispatch arrangements have already been made, cancellation may be subject to deductions covering transportation reservations, handling, and administrative processing costs.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the unit is in transit for delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return within 30 days:
- The unit must not be altered, modified, or relocated from its original delivery position.
- The unit must remain unused and in original condition.
- The original delivery site must remain accessible for pickup by transport equipment.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring site access suitability, correct measurements, ground conditions, and any permits or approvals required for placement or removal.
Additional transportation charges may apply if pickup cannot be completed due to access restrictions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built or modified containers.
- Units painted, cut, drilled, or structurally altered after delivery.
- Portable cabins or structures built to order.
- Units moved by the customer after placement.
- Clearance, discounted, or “as-is” units.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
All products should be inspected upon delivery.
If a delivered unit is damaged or incorrect, customers must notify CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs together with a written description of the issue.
Following review, we may provide an appropriate resolution including repair, replacement, or partial refund where applicable.
Delivery & Refused Shipments
If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessible property, unsafe placement conditions, incorrect information, or customer absence, redelivery or additional transportation fees may apply.
Refusing delivery after the truck has arrived at the delivery location may result in freight, transportation, and handling charges being deducted from any eligible refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned unit has been received and inspected.
Original delivery charges, transportation expenses, and pickup logistics costs are non-refundable.
