Limited Warranty

CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. warrants to the Original Purchaser that each new product sold by CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal and appropriate operating conditions.

This Limited Warranty applies for a period ranging from three (3) months to one (1) year from the original date of purchase, depending on the specific product purchased. For the exact warranty period applicable to a particular product, please refer to the product documentation or contact our customer support team.

Warranty Eligibility

• The product must have been purchased directly from CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C.
• The warranty applies only to the Original Purchaser.
• Valid proof of purchase must be provided for all warranty claims.
• Approved warranty returns must be shipped within seven (7) days of authorization unless otherwise approved in writing.

Exceptions To The Warranty

The following conditions are not considered defects in material or workmanship and are not covered under this Limited Warranty:

• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
• Routine maintenance, servicing, and adjustments.
• Damage resulting from improper storage, installation, transportation, or handling.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, overloading, or improper operation.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
• Damage caused by accidents, fire, flooding, storms, natural disasters, or other acts of nature.
• Damage caused by external forces, impacts, vandalism, or third parties.
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product performance or functionality.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except where prohibited by applicable law, this Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. and replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied.

CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain limitations may not apply to you.

Limited Remedies

If a product is determined by CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. to be defective during the applicable warranty period, CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. may, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective product;
• Replace the defective product with a comparable product; or
• Provide an alternative remedy permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing, customers are responsible for labor costs, removal costs, installation costs, shipping costs, transportation expenses, and service call charges.

Incidental And Consequential Damage Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the purchase, use, misuse, or inability to use any product.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, property damage, loss of use, downtime expenses, or personal inconvenience.

In all cases, CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C.'s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.

General Conditions

The Limited Warranty becomes void if:

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications are performed.
• Non-approved replacement parts or accessories are used.
• Maintenance requirements are neglected.
• Products are used outside their intended purpose.
• Damage results from improper servicing or operation.

CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. reserves the right to inspect any product prior to approving a warranty claim.

General Maintenance

Regular inspections, servicing, and maintenance are strongly recommended to ensure safe operation and long-term performance.

• Keep products clean and properly maintained.
• Follow all operating instructions.
• Perform routine inspections.
• Address maintenance issues promptly.

Failure to maintain a product properly may affect warranty eligibility.

Statutory Rights

Nothing contained in this Limited Warranty shall exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable federal, state, or local laws.

Customers may have additional legal rights that vary by jurisdiction.
