Order Cancellation Policy

At CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C., we strive to provide a smooth, transparent, and professional ordering experience for every customer.

Overview

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement and remain eligible for a full refund, provided that order processing, scheduling, or dispatch preparations have not begun.

Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00)

After the 12-hour cancellation period has expired, orders may already be undergoing processing, scheduling, preparation, or transportation arrangements and can no longer be cancelled or modified, except for shipping address corrections where possible.

Shipping Address Changes

Customers may request updates or corrections to their shipping address before an order has been shipped.

If you need to update your delivery information, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate address changes, modifications may not be possible once transportation arrangements have been finalized.

Cancellation Requests

To request an order cancellation, customers should contact CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. as soon as possible and provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Contact information
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
