Delivery Timeframes
Processing Time
Processing typically requires 3–10 business days (Monday–Friday). During this period orders are reviewed, scheduled, prepared for dispatch, and coordinated with transportation providers.
Transit Time
Transit times vary depending on customer location, site accessibility, transportation schedules, product type, and regional delivery availability.
Order Scheduling
After an order has been confirmed, our team will contact the customer to:
- Confirm order details
- Schedule a delivery date
- Review site access requirements
- Verify delivery instructions
- Coordinate transportation arrangements
All containers, trailers, portable buildings, and related products require scheduling and dispatch coordination before delivery.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated based on:
- Distance from the nearest depot
- Transportation requirements
- Site accessibility
- Equipment required for unloading or placement
- Product size and type
A delivery quotation will be provided prior to final order confirmation whenever applicable.
Delivery Requirements
- Adequate truck access to the delivery location
- Firm and level ground suitable for placement
- Clear overhead access free of wires, trees, or obstructions
- Accurate delivery instructions
- An authorized representative present during delivery
If delivery cannot be completed safely due to access limitations or site conditions, additional transportation, redelivery, or rescheduling fees may apply.
Delivery Method
Containers and portable structures are generally delivered using tilt-bed trucks, roll-off trucks, or specialized transport equipment when required.
Drivers will position the unit in the agreed delivery area whenever site conditions safely permit.
Final placement is always subject to access limitations and safety requirements.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting products immediately upon delivery.
Any concerns regarding:
- Shipping damage
- Product defects
- Incorrect items
- Missing components
must be reported to CASCADE CONTAINER L.L.C. within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery Delays
While every effort is made to meet scheduled delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures or restrictions
- Carrier delays
- Mechanical issues
- Traffic disruptions
- Regulatory requirements
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible if delays occur.
