Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access and safe placement conditions at the delivery location. Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to site access limitations or inaccurate information.
Site Preparation
The customer is responsible for preparing a suitable placement area prior to delivery. This includes level ground, adequate space for truck access, and removal of obstacles such as low branches, wires, or structures.
Cascade Container is not responsible for ground damage, surface markings, or property conditions caused by delivery vehicles when reasonable access has been provided.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Due to the nature of freight-delivered goods, most products are non-returnable once delivered and accepted.
Limitation of Liability
Cascade Container is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
Warranties
Products are sold as described at the time of purchase. Any applicable warranties are limited to those provided at the time of sale. Normal wear, misuse, improper placement, or modifications after delivery are not covered.
