Delivery Areas

We offer delivery throughout the United States, subject to transportation access and local regulations. Delivery availability may vary depending on distance, site accessibility, and equipment requirements.

Order Processing

Once an order is confirmed, our team schedules delivery based on product availability and your location. Customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date and to review site access requirements.

Typical processing and scheduling time is 3–10 business days after order confirmation, depending on inventory and location.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure safe delivery, the customer must provide:

  • Adequate truck access to the placement area

  • Firm, level ground for placement

  • Clear overhead space (no low wires, trees, or structures)

  • An on-site contact available during delivery

If the delivery driver determines the site is unsafe or inaccessible, delivery may be rescheduled.

Delivery Method

Containers and portable units are delivered using tilt-bed or roll-off trucks. The driver will position the unit in the agreed placement area whenever site conditions allow.

Final placement is dependent on access and safety considerations.

Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, transport requirements, and location accessibility. A delivery quote is provided before order confirmation.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting the unit at the time of delivery. Any concerns regarding damage or incorrect items should be reported to Cascade Container within 24 hours of delivery.

Delays

While we strive to meet scheduled delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or unforeseen transportation factors. We will communicate promptly if scheduling changes are necessary.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessible property, incorrect information, or the customer not being present, additional transportation or rescheduling fees may apply.
