Refund & Return Policy

At Cascade Container, we aim to provide accurate product information, clear communication, and dependable delivery services. Because our products are heavy freight items requiring specialized transport, refunds and returns are handled under the terms below.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund eligibility period beginning from the date of delivery. During this period, customers may request a return or refund only if the unit is unused and remains in the same condition as delivered.

Because shipping containers and portable buildings require specialized transport equipment, return transport and logistics costs are not included in the purchase price and may be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided transport or dispatch has not yet been scheduled.

If freight booking or dispatch has already been arranged, cancellation may be subject to deductions covering transportation reservations, handling, and administrative processing fees.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the unit is in transit for delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return within 30 days:

• The unit must not be altered, modified, or relocated from the original delivery position
• The unit must remain unused and in original condition
• The original delivery site must remain accessible for pickup by a transport truck
• The customer must provide proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for ensuring site access suitability, ground conditions, correct measurements and space, and any required permits or approvals.

If pickup cannot be completed due to access restrictions, additional transport charges may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-built or modified containers
• Units painted, cut, drilled, or structurally altered after delivery
• Portable cabins or structures built to order
• Units moved by the customer after placement
• Clearance or “as-is” units

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

All units must be inspected at delivery.

If the delivered unit is damaged or incorrect, you must notify Cascade Container within 24 hours and provide clear photographs and a written description of the issue.

After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or partial refund where applicable.

Delivery & Refused Shipments

If delivery cannot be completed due to unsafe placement conditions, inaccessible property, incorrect delivery information, or customer absence, redelivery or additional transport fees may apply.

Refusing delivery after the truck has arrived on site may result in freight and handling charges being deducted from any eligible refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the unit has been returned and inspected.

Original delivery charges, transport costs, and pickup logistics are non-refundable.
