Very responsive. I emailed Marina back and forth well over 20 times verifying data and usability for my reefer container, electrical needs etc and she was incredibly helpful. I paid for my reefer which was a seamless process, Marina kept me informed and the container arrived as described with all components and wiring to get me going immediately on my walk in cooler project. Thanks for your help would recommend them to anyone.

The team at Cascade is great. Local 'ma&pa' business with very friendly down to earth owners and employees. I ordered several containers and had a few modifications completed. The welds are sturdy, solid workmanship and accomplished delivery drop in a tight snenario. I give these guys a solid recommend.

Cascade made sure to get me an exceptionally clean container. Marina was very easy to work with, and made the whole process seamless. Definitely worth using them over their competitors. I will only be using Castcade Container from this point forward, even if there is a slightly higher cost. The extra cost (if any) is so marginal when comparing the quality of containers coming from Cascade!
